I joined this site to discuss a common love with people.
What I wanted out of this place was to have discussions about the 1930s and 1940s.
I have gotten good answers to my stupid questions, added my thoughts to various topics, enjoyed posted pictures and recomendations.
Thanks to the people that have treated me and others with grace and manners.
I hope it all continues this way and apologize to those whom I might have offended. I found a sarcastic tone in my voice doesn't translate well in writing.

I just wanted to take time to thank the people that have been nice on this forum.
I try to be civil, courteous and helpful and so many people have been the same to me.
Unfortunately, as this thread shows, I'm not good at being clear.
