From a book my wife recently found at an estate sale, "Dayton (A Postcard History)," By Curt Dalton. In 1913, Dayton was hit by a devastating flood, a formative event in the city's history.

Neat pic! Can't read the ribbons on their badges to see what reunion they were attending.

I've always liked this pic taken in 1922 at a funeral for their comrade, with Harry Lee on the left & Henry Binkley on the right; two men who led distinguished lives during their time on this earth. Some 57 yrs after the war; how young they must have been!
