Oh boy I wish I could have seen that. It would have been great if they could coordinate with some reenactors to show up in period uniforms.

Interesting, they're still wearing officer's uniforms with enlisted insignia. I saw this band doing their 40s thing back in the early 1990s and they hadn't changed since then. I'd read later that they didn't want to re-create the 'scratchy wool' uniforms of the enlister AAF troops in WW2...
Yeah, it's nitpicky but any re-enactor would pick on that instantly.

These flash mob performances by military bands are a rare treat. You cannot beat the musicianship. I hope the spectators appreciated the talent they witnessed.
