I like 'em low for max shade. My vision issues include light sensitivity.
Plus, when I'm taking selfies, they usually get pulled extra low because it's awfully bright and hard to see my screen to make sure I'm in the pic.

Usually by the second tube my hands were too shaky even for a snap-together.

Rx sunglasses?

I have the lenses that turn dark in the sun, but the issue there is that they make it harder to see when I go indoors because they take so long to lighten back up. I have found what works best for me are shades that slip over my glasses.
