It's a new Dobbs but she's a beauty.
By the way, what do you fellows think of the feathers in the hatband?
I usually remove them.

I need to get some photos to post. Do you (plural you) suggest a digital camera or have my photos processed onto a disk instead of prints? I've tried to add pictures with my posts before and was unable.
First, what should I do then how should I do?

Here is my Stetson

I like this size brim. I have a lot of black clothes with which I wear this. Usually a black vest and trousers with no jacket.

May I ask where you got yur Dobbs from?
I take the feathers out of the band too. I, somehow, feel it's more suited to either an older man or someone into hiking

I too remove any feathers that come with a hat, but I have decorated my Jones hat with a duck feather or two, souveniers from the hunt.

I actually like the feathers I've had with some hats.
Pretty much the only color I add to my suits is the tie.

Well, I don't have a fedora yet, but I like them without the feathers. Now, my Akubra Cattleman, I will do like Byrne and add feathers from a successful hunt to it.

Feathers are for birds....
All a great looking fedora needs is someone with confidence to wear it!
And once you wear a fedora, confidence is soon to follow.

I like tastefully chosen feathers in hatbands, and have them in all my hats except the Open Roads and the Panama.
