WTB: white/cream double breasted shawl collar dinner jacket

I'm looking for a vintage 1930s-50s white or cream double breasted shawl collar dinner jacket, size 40R. I've included a mid-1930s photo of Ted Lewis for reference, anything close to what he's wearing would be great.
