HarpPlayerGene, I favor the hat you are wearing with the tie. Here is mine from yesterday in the backyard. It is a vintage Panizza Ediston in grey......Dennis

Wore to church today, with some facial scruff while enjoying a rare couple of days off. (business trip over!) Couldn't find a pocket square that I felt went with the tie, so I decided to semi-violate a rule and wear one that more offset the shirt instead.

- Navy blue single-breasted JAB suit
- New bespoke pink pinstripe dress shirt
- Paisley printed tie
- Pale pink pocket square
- Black shoes/belt
- Medium grey Selentino Sterling classic fedora
- Two-tone rose gold and steel Breitling Chronomat watch

That dark-colored hat is a very nice one and suits you well. Notch one up for the wide-brim set. Which hat is it, and what do you think the brim size is?

Thanks!

It's a midnight blue Borsalino Trionfo. Probably early '40s. Their take on the Playboy, it seems (or vice versa [huh] ). Super light weight felt, yet still dense and crisp. Brim's about 2-1/2 with a raw edge. My favorite style. :)

I'll have to target the Trionfos then. What's the Playboy?
