Today it's raining out pretty good. I started out the door with my new Shady Oaks Open Road but quickly changed my mind and replaced it with my favorite "everyday" Open Road 25 that I got from Brando here on the forum. I wore the 25 in our Eastern Illinois University homecoming parade yesterday and sweat through it. I put it on the rack to dry yesterday after wiping out the liner and it's good as new today.

For the record, the Stetson Amon Carter lid is a "Shady Oak" Open Road. The hat currently produced by Peters Brothers in Ft. Worth, however, is called the "Shady Oaks."

You should add your Shady Oak OR to this thread...
