Tonight - ribeyes cooked in chili gravy in the crock pot, pinto beans cooked with chipotles and leftover smoked boston butt, home made Spanish rice, tortillas, and plenty of cooooold German lager.

And home made chocolate cake.

And here it is. No hamburger meat and kidney beans in this recipe.
Tomorrow the rest of the gravy and any meat left will get made into enchiladas, and the beans will taste even better the next day of course.

Steak and chicken fajitas, homemade.
A bit labor intensive, but what else am I going to do with 2lb of stew meat and a few chicken breasts? :D

Asian inspired soup. Chicken broth with fresh garlic and ginger, shredded carrots and broccoli, mushrooms, rice noodles, cilantro and lime, and fresh jalapenos.
Light yet very filling, perfect for a cool night.

You put way too much into dinner. :D
I was off today, and painted part of the house, while cleaning an extra room for my winter clothing.
So it was Fajitas part deux.
