As for me, two sausages, one egg, and a glass of orange juice.

I have also deep fried bacon fat in Bacon grease. MMMM MMMM crunchy.
I had a ex who was always throwing out the bacon grease that I wanted to use for other dishes. Did the same with the duck fat too. She thought it was unhealthy. Of course there were other reasons for her ouster but that was high up on the list.

I had to take No. 1 dog to the vet this morning...so I had a cup of coffee and handful of roasted peanuts while heading out the door. Don't ask me why. Why I ate peanuts...you can ask me anything about the dog.

I'm just fine. My father is in the operating room having a pacemaker implanted. I've just received a progress report. The implant and ablation are complete and successful, they are closing up, and I'll be seeing him in recovery within the hour.
Yes, so it seems, at least in the here in the City. Back home, the local hospital has an award winning chef, and the hospital cafeteria is one of best places to have a good (and healthy) meal. The new house is a five-hundred foot walk from the hospital cafeteria, and we often dine there when we work on the place.

It wasn't an emergency or anything. It was a scheduled visit. But my dog is allergic to among other things, humans. Of course, this is problematic.

Humans!? I am allergic to some but not all of them.
Yeah, specifically human dander. Apparently we all have some sort of "thing" we put into the air. Even non-hippies.
He's also allergic to grass, trees and pollen. Poor little devil.
