Nope... sorry all the lines were from various Warner Brothers Cartoons from the 40's. The "little black duck" referred to was Daffy Duck who decided to take on the Navy in the latter group of quotes. The first one is from an early iteration of Sylvester the cat. Him and his cronies, other cats, were being abused by Porky Pig who wanted them out of his house. So he asked the rhetorical question.
