Wow! That looks like a SASS-champ in the making! To me it seems like the young wrangler and his granddad have a preference for orange ;)

Would that be a BB/Langenberg hatter's rule in Mike's pocket?

I think I couldn't be a hatter... would hate everyone who want a short brim.

Today went to Santarém. This is one of the bridges that cross the Tagus River and it is very old.

Looks like a great trip Gear-Guy! I haven't been out west since before the kids were born. Probably need to soon.

I don't know Rusty. Fuzzy is warm and cuddly. Clint ain't warm and cuddly. It don't go together somehow. Looks good though.

Joao, just curious, how long since you've had a bare chin? I last saw mine in 1998 when I took my kid to scout camp the first time. Grew back while I was there.

I have a full beard for more than 14 years. I know it was November when I let it grow (can't recall the exact year) because it was a month of hard work where I only slept 2 or 3 hours a day and only had time to eat. When that month ended I had a beard and let it be. The most close to a bare chin I had since then was when I forgot to put a comb on my hair trimming machine. This year because it was so cold in winter I decided to let it grow long but I think I'll trim it short since it's summer again and almost 40º C (also because it looks a mess as I don't know how to take good care of it as Lefty does).

Wearing my Peters Bros. felt for a quick stop by this thread to show a peek from our screen porch, as the chimney does its thing in the grill. This was early Friday evening, with the sun reflecting off the water behind me.
