Well, the blue skies didn't last, but my mood is quite sunny! Three months ago, I posted about getting my diabetes under control enough to go off my meds for a trial period. Just got back from having an A1C test done (3 month blood sugar average, determined by the levels of hemoglobin in the red blood cells) and the results have not changed a bit since going off the nasty-tasting horse pills. I am now fully diet controlled.
I think I'll buy something to celebrate.
Maybe a hat?
