Applewood grilled wild caught King salmon (Hubby's back to working days, so home to grill dinner for me! ), rice pilaf, spinach salad.

Not surprising, Lily couldn't get enough salmon. I think she ate about 6 ounces!

I have no idea what Lazy Lasagna is, but the fact that it is lasagna means I like it.

It's a layer of noodles (I used penne), a layer of ricotta, a layer of sauce, and then topped with mozzarella cheese and put in the oven until the cheese melts
