I'm a size 7 7/8 (63 cm.). I'm pretty much resigned to custom hats now, which is just as well when I see most of the products being manufactured by Hatco, etc. Thanks for the sympathy, though.

Yeah, i can imagine that it's impossible to find in the brand hats.
Those blocks aren't really available on the regular market.
I had some made to my specifications.
