That's a week of classy dressing going on there. No doubt.

A'N'A: You make me want to class my act up sir! Love Day#1 tie/shirt/jacket combo. It is an unusual combo, to my eye, that rocks. Thanks for pushing sophistication and class.

Home this evening after listening to a Jazz Trio complete their 2nd set. My buds and I headed home early. Very shortly I am headed down to the lake to watch the evening unfold as reflected on the lake surface. It always is entertaining and makes me appreciate what we have. I am wearing a vtg. Stetson Playboy and a Pendleton Western shirt.

I had a bowling shirt that I picked up in a thrift (this was in the 1980s) that said "Ralph" and "Marshfield Casket Company". I thought it was "kewl" until someone asked me if I worked there.
Somewhere around here I still have a tee shirt from the Los Angeles County Coroner's Office. I tend to get some unusual sideways glances whenever I wear it. :D

That's because you are looking in the wrong place. Now a straw cloche on you would exude style, class and an air of sophistication.

I feel like my head is too big for cloches.
I prefer somewhat of a large brim.
I find them beautiful on others though and I have several models I can make.

It's funny to see since I'm so tall it kind of looks like a little egg-cup on my head.

Got my son a hat

SUPER lid, Vic! But, better not show the boy to pinch the front, as above. Get him into the habit to pick and hold the hat by the brim, so that when he's your age he might still be able to wear it without holes in the front. Over time (and at his age he has the time) it WILL fatigue at the pinch points, holes will begin, and he'll need you to get him another. FWIW...
