Aero Wayfarer in black Chromexcel, collected by a lucky customer from Pickings and Parry. Photos from their Instagram feed.

I still think that it'd be fun to get one of these with zip sleeves and hand warmer pockets, which would give it a seventies vibe. But I don't think that Aero would go with that.:)

Ha! Well, possibly not.... when I interviewed Ken a few months ago he told me that the Aero cut-off point is 1960, "because the sixties are when people started making crap." :D

@Edward I've heard similar comments from Ken in the past, and there don't seem to be many seventies leather jacket fanatics.

I think that a lot of jackets from that era have questionable styling, and the construction can be poor. The Zig Zag one I posted a few days ago needs a bit of refinement to make it work, and the stitching doesn't look great.

Superfluous

For me, it's the middle section. This guy is probably in much better shape than me, but he looks to have a huge gut in this jacket...not so flattering.
I agree. Patch pockets aren't flattering at all. Were these slash handwarmers the midsection wouldn't look like an expecting mom hiding a watermelon. Sizing for this chap is way off too boot. Dude either needs to hit the bench press and fill that jacket out or size down about two digits.

Aero have cream or white Vicenza, so they could do something similar.

Otherwise, I've seen Real McCoy's jackets in a two tone. But the only one I can recall was a Buco J100 with the zip welts in white.
