Rainbow Room. Black Poodle Lounge. Voo Doo Room. Here's an interesting run down on Nashville's Printers Alley.

Unfortunately Printer's Alley has gotten "Disneyfied', sort of like Times Square. Not worth the effort, and is almost only for tourists these days.
Once upon a time it was a pretty good "Den of Iniquity".

The guy with the black poodle in the picture was "Skull" Schulman, a genuine character. His usual attire was a checked suit in a sort of reddish color and he'd walk his poodle around town on a daily basis.
The whole city mourned his murder.

Sorry for the crappy cellphone camera quality, but here's some modern neon signage at Hollywood Studios at Walt Disney World, which I snapped last weekend.

I took the kids to Disney World a few years ago. We had a package that included a pass to each of the four parks. I didn't necessarily think the Hollywood Studios was the most fun one, but it definitely was the best looking one.
