Looks like a Borsalino sold by Willoughby.
I have two other Willoughbies, and they are very high quality, so I trust that store.
Besides, the hat measuring device marks 58.5 cm, so it's exactly my size.
Does anyone know the name for the device? I forget.

I’m not sure what the name of the tool is, but I have one that looks identical. I call it a milliners hat sizing tool. Mine always measures at least a half size small e.g., a true 61cm measures 60.5cm. The stiffer the felt and sweatband the bigger the discrepancy as the expanding rings can’t conform to the shape of the hat.

Nice catch, Max, but I don't think it's a Borsalino. German or Austrian make is my guess.
