That really looks good, it's mad the difference a tiny bit less material makes.
How is the back? Does it still have the weird overhanging folded shoulders? Or did you manage to get rid of that too?

Sometimes I am afraid to read your posts. Your eagle eye sends me scurrying to my closet.
My Aero does this ever so slightly, if at all. I love my Chips. Wearing it again today.
John Lofgren Monkey Boots Shinki Horsebuttt - $1,136 The classic monkey boot silhouette in an incredibly rich Shinki russet horse leather.
Grant Stone Diesel Boot Dark Olive Chromexcel - $395 Goodyear welted, Horween Chromexcel, classic good looks.
Schott 568 Vandals Jacket - $1,250 The classic Perfecto motorcycle jacket, in a very special limited-edition Schott double rider style. Do you think the overhang is due to Greg's pattern, or is it just a too wide shoulder width?
Here's how The shoulder looks from the back

I think it's a combination of the two. In that it can be made worst by having too wide shoulders, but I have jackets with 21" shoulders that are definitely too wide for my natural shoulders but don't do that weird shelf/overhang, they just slope and follow the shoulder, meaning it's also a pattern thing.
I have noticed this shelf both on Aero jackets and on Gregg's, both companies also usually show creases in the chest coming down from the neck that are IMO a sign of the jackets weight resting on the neck rather than the shoulders.
Considering Gregg was trained by Aero i assume his patterns and Aeros must share similar features.
Actually, thinking about it i have also noticed a similar thing on the Himel Imperials we have seen recently on here.
I have to say this one looks really good in the shoulder area.
How is forward/upwards reach?
Trust me, i sometimes wish my eagle eye would stop doing it's thing....
Could be, don't know. He does mention something about his patterns on his ig account:Considering Gregg was trained by Aero i assume his patterns and Aeros must share similar features.
Pretty good. The open center vent seems to helps a bit. Also, as you might be able to tell from the above pattern and the picture below, the sleeves are really curved. More curved than any jacket I had before. But I must say that this curve feels quite natural. How is forward/upwards reach?

Did this fdl member in the pic point this out and you are using that as an example? That really looks good, it's mad the difference a tiny bit less material makes.

I was just using this as an example, if it is a problem i will delete the pic.
Edit: Actually, i deleted the pic, in retrospect i don't want this be badly interpreted or the owner of the jacket to feel like i am dissing his jacket.

If I remember correctly, you felt like the jacket was a bit short when you just got it. To me the length looks perfect, spot on.you can use my pic. It’s similar.
I think it’s the pattern. For my arm position, the arms must be a little bit rotated backwards.

Greg made the armhole opening on my jacket slightly smaller. Wasn't discussed upfront but he had to take a slightly bigger seam to hit my ptp measurements of 22' (his standard size 42 pattern has a 22.5' ptp)^only person I’ve seen filling up that triceps/pit area of Aeros is ton. It’s probably a combination of armhole size/shape and sleeve positioning. That effect was crazy on my highwayman (not premier), a bit less evident on the Hooch Hauler (which has other issues like cuffs too wide and waist too narrow).
