This is one of those jackets I truly love- I posted it in the Five Star thread- it is a contender for my potential Project with them. Certain elements like the collar and button stance are outta this world.

This is a Black Sign jacket which I think is absolutely cool (Japanese brand)

I actually tried it on some time ago but sizing is not suited for the European / American market. I had to size up to a 44 which was the biggest size and still the length was so short it looked like a crop top.

By the way, he bought a Reece last week, but it has to be stripped and rebuild first.
Can't wait to see his new creations now that he has a skiving machine and a button hole machine.

If you'd ask me my opinion on leathers sports coats, id say I hate them. But I actually think I could pull this one off. Black Sign calls it their wild goat butler jacket. That wild goat certainly looks spectacular.

I generally hate leather sport coats too, but those are so retro in design that I think they could work.

For me the high buttons and open bottom pattern dramatically sloping into the hem gives it a 'cartoonish' effect....

I think those high buttons and the sloping hem are what I like most about these jacket.
