Super thrilled to see more Mulholland jackets recently. So I wore the jacket a lot over the weekend including a 14 hour drive (surprisingly easy to wear over that long drive). Took photos wearing the jacket as much as I can but could only do so early in the morning. Would have liked to wear the jacket hiking but it was too hot lol

Yes this particular batch of black HH has a very pleasant aromatic (but not overpowering) scent of leather. And just enough leather “squeak” to remind me that she’s new and needs lots of wearing to break in. Love it!
Haha, that squeak is something serious, mine calms down when my body temperature rises an the jacket warms up a bit.

I really envy you guys.

Leather jacket weather is gone here in Barcelona. Can't really wear them anymore, it's too hot for them. The moment I start walking I'm sweating like a pig.

I'm trying to squeeze in every moment I can wear jackets too. I love that it's Spring (aside from all the pollen) but it's starting to get too warm for jacket comfort.

Those views are incredible @Jin431 as is that jacket.

Thank you Jake. If I had a russet jacket I would have blended in nicely with the land scape lol that RMC really looks great on you, love the pants and the whole outfit really

Great jacket, perfect fit and beautiful scenery.

I wanted to bring the black FL but the FW was calling out to me lol thank you

Thank you. The change in scenery was very welcome and a road trip was long overdue.

I visited parts of Utah and Arizona, really nice place but was not prepared for how vast the area is. 1 week is probably just enough time to explore 1 national park and there are so many of them close to each other

Now this shade of brown is so lovely, the RMC jacket looks perfect on you but this medium brown is just plain crazy beautiful

As @Jin431 and I have discussed, big fan of removable fur collars. It's like a 2 for 1 jacket and crazy how a change in collar can really alter the look. Grain is starting to come through a little more.

Have a good weekend Gents.

Man, that jacket is so nice! The leather is really striking, you wear it well. Gotta love them Removable fur collars lol

A quickie selfie in Schott cuz I really dig the grain: View attachment 323638
Yes! Another score with that Schott

Mystery brand -made in Great Britain - CHP jacket.

Out of all the leather jackets I own or have owned, this one is by far the nicest leather. It's thick and substantial yet supple and buttersoft. Grain is out of this world.

Superb! This jacket has seen plenty of adventures and will continue to do so through you

I have not seen anything like that from Lost World. I really like that what's the back like? What size is your jacket? Did you order that or was it in their catalog?
I bought it direct from Stu via his eBay account. He accepted my offer. Size medium(42ish) with the Ryder half belt back. Unlined. Something I’d imagine finding on his sales page. Here and there he puts items up on eBay. I have a russet Ryder on the way from Japan. Coming back home.

Maybe use this as an excuse to add another dimension to your wardrobe? Linen suits, guayaberas, safari jackets, etc... Could be a summer specialty among the Mediterranean, South Cal, & New Orleans set here on the WJYW thread!

Personally, I prefer Guayaberas when the summer weather gets too humid in the Midwest US. Ideally in a 60% linen, 40% cotton blended fabric, but you can find 100% linen ones quite easily on eBay.

I used to have an insane Guayabera collection. Short sleeves, long sleeves, different colors. A few are left somewhere but I need to stock up a bit.
