budget is 200-700
I’m not sure a style I like. I don’t want pointed toe like cowboy boots. I’m really looking for something that can go with dress pants and jeans or Khakis
I'm sending you some recommendations, with the exception of Allen Edmonds and Carmina I have tried all the aforementioned brands. You can't compare the cheapest to the most expensive option but all are good for the price.
I have tried to list the links by price.
Let me know what you think and maybe I can help further.

Aero makes some boots similar to the examples you sent. Are they any good ?

They are not bad. I own the Jarrow Marchers in black CXL. Nice supple leather. I got the version with leather sole and unfortunately it wore out much faster than any of the rest of my shoes/boots. If you go for them get the Dainite sole version.
In general I'd place them quality wise at the bottom of the range I've sent you, and to be fair they are also priced accordingly.

That leather is so beautiful, the depth of color is crazy and construction is definitely world class. Thanks for sharing this here and can't wait to read the full review. That pair just screams @dudewuttheheck. Fantastic
Thanks! I could not love these more than I do.
@dudewuttheheck Your pic with the jacket was great, but TBH all I saw were those boots. Ogawa Shells are the very best you can get, now I see why. The finish on those boots doesn’t get any better.
Yeah the Ogawa shell is mind blowing. I have a wallet with it too and love it.
Those dip into the realm of too nice. I’d probably put them on display and never wear them.
Haha I wish I felt comfortable spending the money to buy an ultraviolet pair of these and just put them on display, but that's a lot for just a display.
Out of curiosity @dudewuttheheck what did those cost?
I'll DM you.

I agree. Have the "Jarrows" in "Cordo" with the Dainite sole. Very solid value for money. Pretty thick leather and an unobstrusive look. Nothing too sexy, but you can´t go wrong with them either.

Meermin are probably the cheapest decent goodyear welted shoes you can get. Their low price is mainly due to three factors: 1) labour cost (made in China); 2) secondary materials such as lining leather and rubber for soles being of lesser quality; and 3) no attention to finishing details. If you want a well-constructed goodyear welted shoe that is cheap but you don't mind the finishing details then go for it. As far as I know they also have a US shop so you can avoid any import duties and long transit times.

Time to actually post my newest White Klouds here. I won't be doing a full review because I will save that for my blog/website. White Kloud makes without question the best boots in the world, with the possible exception of some dress shoe makers who offer boots. He does actually offer full bespoke in case anyone is interested. This pair was made with a modified last on the left boot. I wanted a little more room on the outer left part of my left foot.

This is my second pair of White Klouds and my brother has a pair as well. Each pair has been as near perfect as I've ever seen an item of clothing be. Show Goto, the owner and sole maker does a lot by hand. My boots are hand welted and the upper outsole stitch is also done entirely by hand. He also makes the thread for both of those stitches entirely by hand. When I say that, I mean that he actually weaves the materials into thread by hand and adds the waxes and oils to it.

He thinks of absolutely everything for his boots. The foot bed feels different than any other pair of boots I've had. He uses Badalassi leather for the insoles (at least on mine) and they conform better than any other insoles I've had. They also are shaped a little different to most. He used to be a foot masseuse and studied reflexology and he said this does affect how he makes his boots. Comfort is subjective, but for me, these are the most comfortable boots I've ever worn.

This is also his first ever customer pair made of shell cordovan. It's Ogawa burgundy shell and it looks incredible. It's Shinki shell that is dyed and finished by Ogawa and it changes color dramatically depending on the lighting. All his materials are top notch, but I'm really thrilled with this leather in particular.

Finishing is flawless and I have yet to see anyone do high shine edges and heels as perfectly as he does. Stitchwork is also flawless even when compared to other boots people claim are flawless. He really knows what he's doing and takes the time to make everything perfect. These have definitely surpassed my first pair already and are by far my favorite boots that I own.

Now please enjoy way too many pictures of them:

I flew to Japan and got measured. This is actually my second pair and we worked on the modifications when he came to the US in late 2019 to do a MTO event I organized. His policy is still that you must meet him to order, but I think you can order the Jack and White Brothers boots online.

I forgot to mention: if you're after a workboot rather a pair of dress boots then check William Lennon (England). You can customize and also get a Horween no8 CXL, as I did. Ignore the dirt and beaten look, these workboots are the only pairs of shoes I don't brush daily!

Are there any other makers in the USA and maybe UK other than allenedmund or a Alden that hand craft their boots and are of exceptional quality for 300-700 bucks that you would recommend ?

Wesco, Nicks, and Whites all fit that description. Just be careful when ordering because they make serious workboots and more casual ones so make sure you know which you want. Also, all of their QC is iffy at best, so look over your boot thoroughly when you get them or order them from a trusted dealer like Baker's boots to make sure you can get replacements if they mess up.

There are tons but I am not sure about the "exceptional quality" given your very wide price range. For example, you can get a pair of Thorogood in Horween CXL for $300 or less which I would consider a pretty fair deal but they would not be the same quality as a pair of Wolverine CXL at $400, then you have the even neater Alden CXL at $600.
If you are after some outdoor boots, there are Wolverine 1000 miles etc. Some Rancourt & Co and Frye boots are also hand made in USA.
If you are after work boots, there are the Thorogood 1892 line, Red Wing heritage etc.
I really like how these look. How much did they run and do you like how they wear?
I got them at half price because I think they are discontinued. Original price is 110,000 yen.

From cargos to dress trousers is a stretch.

Maybe some service boots? A nice Chelsea? Still not really right for dress trousers, but versatile. Or Alden Indy’s. Or get some engineers and dress boots.
