Truman Boots in black Maryam horsebutt. Thickest horse **** boots I own but it's easy on the feet.
Long live Alden snuff suede!
I've been so close to ordering a pair of Trumans, but can't quite pull the trigger for some reason. I should already.Truman Boots in black Maryam horsebutt. Thickest horse **** boots I own but it's easy on the feet.

Yep, sharkBeautiful! Sharkskin?

they are nothing fancy and not the cleanest stitching but I don't really care much for those with regards to footwear. they do offer a lot of horse **** for MTO and the C55 last really works well for my feet so ended up with 4 pairs of boots from them.I've been so close to ordering a pair of Trumans, but can't quite pull the trigger for some reason. agree whether it's the 79 or C55 last, it's best to go half a size up from your brannock number. they are offering lining now on the new 79 last so that's a step up.Indeed you should. Even with the additional premium for VAT/custom to get it across the pond, they are still very good value for money. Do check sizing with them. They recommended half a size up from my standard boots, and that was spot-on.
Sagara Cordmaster olive badalassi with black overdye. Its gotten more green after a few months of light wear.

looking back on photos it was pretty green to begin with especially under good lighting. it just looked a dark shade of green in low light setting.
rizky huh lol i think the dark brown Maryam with black overdye will look better for engineers.

it really is, I thought it would be a deeper black but that's okay since green is something different from the rest what I have.Interesting. They look so different under low and bright lights. I ordered a pair of sagara monkey boots in cloe superlux over dyed black which hopefully will be delivered before the end of the year. Will post some pics and compare.
your camel shinki shell cordmasters look so nice though! I imagine that pair is so fun to wear and pair outfits with.Thise cordmasters are looking amazing @Jin431
Here's a new article from me on how to find the most comfortable boots for you.

I think many of my whites and wescos have had this in various spots and those boots are built sturdy. I dont know why it happens but i dont think it impacts the integrity of the boot idk if it will get worse. Mine never really did.View attachment 378036
Is this sort of separation in the heel par for the course or a defect? This is the second pair of boots ($600 and $900) that I’ve had this happen to fairly quickly.
John Lofgren Monkey Boots Shinki Horsebuttt - $1,136 The classic monkey boot silhouette in an incredibly rich Shinki russet horse leather.

Bro, your leather jacket, denim, and boot game have all been on point! You leveled up big-time these past 12 months. PROPS!it really is, I thought it would be a deeper black but that's okay since green is something different from the rest what I have.
that superlux with overdye looks great on photos, hope to see it soon and hear your take on it.

I agree but it seems avoidable.I think many of my whites and wescos have had this in various spots and those boots are built sturdy. I dont know why it happens but i dont think it impacts the integrity of the boot idk if it will get worse. Mine never really did.
