If you like Iron Heart, wait until you try makers like Ooe Yofukuten who have even better construction.

I forgot to share these from Halloween. This was my take on a character from one of my favorite movies. My version isn't perfect especially regarding colors and the boots, but I think I did alright given what I had. I love this Rainbow Country A2 even if it's not exactly an accurate repro ;)

I got woken up quite early with news of a possible tsunami all the way from Tonga. So, I went down to the beach to look around, didn't see any big waves and decided to go for a 1/2 mile sunrise swim.
By the time I made it back up the hill, there was this 50s cream puff Mcgreggor at my front door from Indiana. Nice Island goatskin. Thanks T.

Looks good man! Getting stoked for my Columbia to arrive....
I'm really looking forward to trying it on the bike, but unfortunately that's going to need to wait. My vansons are my favourite riding jackets but this langlitz is so much better than anything I've worn, the midweight hide is really substantial but no stiffness.

How come this one still fits you so well after all the weight drop and size change you’ve experienced over the last year? Isn’t this Caboose one of your oldest ones?
It’s a beauty btw.
Great question. I've wondered the same thing to myself quite often. Part of it is that the size 42 of the Caboose is slimmer and has a smaller waist and bottom opening than the Mulholland model does. When I was heavier, this one didn't really zip up easily... sometimes not at all. So really the answer is that this one didn't fit when I was bigger and it fits now while the Sunset and the Mulhollands fit when I was heavier, but not anymore. The San Mateo was always too long on me and as I shrunk further it became more obvious. Both if my Himels were boxy models so they fit much better when I was wider and one of them was always too big.
Are the Ball and Glove Horsehide? :)

Haha I don't think so. They're both mine from when I was a kid. The ball even has my base on it in Sharpie.
