Straight zip CHP arrived this Friday. I’m pretty pleased with it. Fit is okay I think, I thought the sleeves would be too short but they fit longer than measurements would suggest.
It is thick and HEAVY. Without a doubt the heaviest and thickest leather I’ve had in a jacket.

A couple of weeks of clouds and rain so wearing a short Rainwear jacket from SJClondon instead of leather. It gets wet but nothing goes through and dries quickly.

great jacket, perfect fit. I like the old Vanson HH leather jackets, they have a perfect fit. Actually, I don't know why Vanson stopped making them.
Here is one of my Vanson HH jackets, it's a JP in "TAHO" sz 44.

Looks Good! Nice looking older jacket that fits fine. Has a bit of an edge to it, gets my attention

That is plain nice! I prefer this style with the shirt collar instead of the knits. The hem knits are very cool on this jacket.

It is! I remember me talking about wanting a Vanson and you saying I wouldn't be satisfied with any of their current leathers... I guess going for an older model was the solution. I'm thrilled with it.
