Aventus and Black Orchid are my go to scents with 1million when I want a lighter scent.
I'm looking for a good floral spring scent and a summer aqua.

Actually finally trying a cologne, I always wanted to try since twenty+ years! I mean, it's dirt cheap, these days! It's ridiculous.
You get 100 ml "tank" for twenty bucks.

Jaguar For Men (1988), Eau de toilette

But of course it must be the actual weakened formulation.

It's suprisingly different from what I thought it would be. The notes seem to be mixed well together, but you cannot oversee the nutmeg!
I would say, there are basically nutmeg & pinewood going on, with a touch of cedar.

But NO, it's NOT similar to Paco Rabanne Pour Homme! And NOT really like Sir Irisch Moos! And they both are much stronger.

I think, the nearest would be RL Polo.

Jaguar For Men

I love to use this one (with the dark green bottle) as soon as I pursue my work for the care of homeless people. It gives a pleasent scent (especially in the cold season) without being braggadociously perspicatious like Hermès or Cartier, which would be inappropriate within this environment. (Imagine I would be wearing suit and tie … that would come close to insult.)

Just got a sample for Creed Original Vetiver. I have to say that's it's growing on me. I ordered a larger sample and will be testing it over the next couple of weeks.

Burberry Touch is not bad. I simply like it. Violet, vermouth, light nutmeg, white pepper, etc., nicely blended, yeah I get it.

Yeah, It's into "britishness universe", I would say.

Have you used the original before? If so, how does this one compare? I've been using Azzaro Pour Homme daily for close to 30 years and haven't really strayed from it.

Classic Caron Pour un Homme from 1934. I first smelled it years ago in a shop on the Rue d'Antibes and thought--wow, that smells really old school and really French. Wearing it now I feel the same way. I may have to get out my Bleu de Travail and a striped tee underneath. Pernod, anyone?
