You're one letter away from copyright infringement lol

LOL, I had to look twice at that one. I thought, why the heck would he name his jacket after me?

But still, I've got no copyright claim. I'm not the only cowboy who was ever lost. Heck, I'm not even a cowboy - that's how lost I am! ;D

Here's one of the brothers who named me - he's a dear friend in Malaysia. Any copyright money will have to be sent to him:

Schott 184 for me today. This guy is surprisingly warm and in really good condition (from the early nineties). Proud toilet photo :D

That’s pretty funny. I’ve obviously seen your tag loads but hadn’t made the association.

Aero took the western shirt off their list, hence the name. They agreed to make me one anyway which is great.

I couldn’t call it the lonely rider, for obvious reasons.

My one and only complaint about the 184 is that it's too big. This one is a 38 which is my size but I actually need a 36 (which seems to be unavailable in the US).

Here it is without layers. Far too baggy.

And it's not just me. Here's Nicholas Cage looking equally baggy (this photo is from the same era as my jacket, early 1990s):

But it is fantastic over layers

All these mouton collars being posted are making me jealous, hopefully the collar off the blauer I have coming works out for my CMPD like I hope.

Anyways we've had so much cold wet weather lately, but It has warmed up to A2 weather so I'm wearing the cooper while I can.

The name makes sense now. I was wondering what it meant (not being very familiar with Aero's catalogue).

US Wings Signature Series Indy Adventurer jacket arrived and I am happy I took a chance on this one. Beautiful cowhide, soft and supple weighing in at 6 lbs. I had an understanding that Schott made some jackets for US Wings and based on the tell-tell sign of the white tag I do believe I stumbled onto one. Took a few quick shots, fits great it may even be a little big on me which is hard to achieve.

p.s. it’s got the big dog collar popular among a few members.

You know the way they say imitation is the best form of flattery? Well…. I’ve requested a name change to “The Last Cowboy”. :)

I’m certain it won’t cause any confusion. Hope you don’t mind?!
ahhh... now i get what you were saying. You've gone from Leathernube to The Last Cowboy. Congrats on the name change and welcome to the cowboy way! We'll see how long it takes for fellow Loungers to get us confused... :D
