So any unbound brim hat with a curl is a Lords hat?
I think not.
But…if the Lord were to wear a hat i think maybe a BRE might just be His choice.

It's a western with that ribbon, and probably just a kettle curl, so not a Lord's hat. It would at least have to have a taller, more formal ribbon to even come close. I think back in the few years that Lord's hat were a thing, they were probably all black as well.

While it has similarities with the definition of a Lord's hat, I think a thin ribbon BRE with a kettle curl misses the mark.
Ross's hat is not a Lord's Hat.

A Lord's Hat is a Homburg without a brim binding. They can come in various colours, black, navy, or brown, though the colours do not decide the designation.

Lord's Hats were popular in the 30s and later again in the 50s.
