I think I feel the way about truckers other people feel about A-2s or DRs. They’re just a pattern I gravitate to. Anyway, I couldn’t be more thrilled about the granddaddy of leather type 3s in this shorthorn Levi’s jacket if it’s anything like the photos.

For jackets I just feel like the scales are a bit much. TBH the only person I’ve seen pull off a reptile hide jacket is Nic Cage in Wild at Heart.

Not very exciting, but just got this late-period American storm rider. This is true for a bunch of clothing, but it can be tough to justify going brand new when stuff like this is always floating around used.

Sort of, I brought it to their attention in the form of a request for return. They accepted it within minutes which I appreciated. The rub for me is that the seller literally said in the listing "It doesn’t look worn at all!" when yes, it does seem a little worn. I don't have a vested interest...

Hey folks, just wanted to say that I was the one who sent an offer and bought this. Seller seemed really nice, but this is definitely NOT NOS/Deadstock condition. There's some wear pictured on the right shoulder here, and there was also some fading inside the collar. Just an FYI in case you see...

Does anyone here have a preferred source for tack buttons? I'm specifically looking for some buttons in brass or copper for a project of mine.
