Interesting. So, as far as the safety razor blades go, the Feather ones held up? Just thinking that the quality of their safety blades might say something about their straights.
My favorite pipe is a Britannia, it was like $50 in a retail store. The $100+ pipes are really out of my price range but I didn't want to settle for something really low-quality, and this was a good find. I guess they are seconds from either Comoys or Dunhill, which are both really good...
Question first, and then the background: does anyone have any experience with Feather brand straight razors? Any good?
I'm working on my perpetual "wish list" and thinking that with Father's Day on the horizon I might want to upgrade from the ol' Bic disposable razors to something a little...
It seems like it's easy enough to get new shoes in classic styles, that unless you have a shoe fetish and need to go easy on the pocket book, it doesn't make sense to me to buy used. I only buy shoes once a year and if I can't afford it I hint-drop around Christmas or my birthday.

These are interesting ideas, I agree with a lot of them. I also detest the "billboard clothes". My opinion is that if I'm going to have a brand splashed across my chest they should be paying ME to wear it, not the other way around. But my tattoos are different. I also keep mine above the elbows...
