Will you be getting a vintage conformer or one of the plastic type that are being made? Art has a video that shows the plastic one in use. Good luck on getting your shop up and running. I aspire to do the same, been buying tools and building my own hatters workbench. I have worked with JW of JWHats, Art has said that I can come to his shop and get some mentoring. I need to work on Bob Jesse since his place is so close to me, only about 90 minutes away. Can't wait to see your first model.

I'm using the plastic conformer. Thanks to Art for his help, yeah building up my tools and supplies. yeah Definately good luck to you as well. I say give Bob a call, I know him and I have had many discussions and he's helped me out a great deal as well.

Just an update, things are getting closer and closer and I've decided to have a line of clochet hats for women. So ladies I am getting things together.
