Vintage Brooks Gold Label Camel color Bomber with zip out liner - Size 46

This is a pristine Vintage Brooks Gold Label in a rare color combo. Other than a few tiny, superficial surface nicks (on top of collar crease and on left forearm--see pics) this jacket is in perfect vintage condition. I would give it a 9.6 out of 10 for its age. I don't see many Brooks bombers in general and have never seen one in this Camel and Coffee dark brown color combination. To be accurate, its more of a bomber "style" than a detailed military spec contract bomber model obviously. Its a sportswear leather garment in the bomber tradition I suppose we can say.

Brass Talon long tab main zipper and Talon brass smaller zipper on the zip-in liner. Zip and Snap front closure with coppery snaps that hide the zipper which you just don't see much on this style of jacket. Medium weight leather and cloth lined with zip-in liner. Cloth cuffs and waistbands are in great shape and are fully springy. Extremely clean and unworn Vintage jacket straight outta DEE-Troit. Smoke Free/Pet Free/Odor Free/Free of Bad Vibes. Hey Terry, I know your eyes have seen the glory of countless leather jackets over the years so if you haven't seen one like this, that's saying something. This came from the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. Lots of times, the concentration of jackets a certain brand will be in and around its production headquarters. This one never left its home state until I got it. I have only seen a couple of Brooks in a similar style. Given the volume of popularity of this general style for decades and the production by almost every mainstream leather jacket maker, you'd think Brooks would have fully thrown its hat into the Bomber Style Jacket ring as well. Not the case evidently.
