Dating A Stetson Key Club Capri Hat

Hello to all,
My name is Don from NYC. Hello to all the members of the forum. I would like your assistance in dating a Stetson Key Club hat that I purchased from a Thrift shop in Philadelphia. I would like to know if it was made in the Philadelphia plant, and the approximate date that it was made. The felt is very nice, almost velour like, and is a rich black color. The print on the sweat band can barely be read, so i didn't bother posting a photo of it. Also, is "Capri" the name of the model of the hat? Your help is greatly appreciated. Thanks you

As the tags are printed with a dot matrix printer, I doubt it is very old, 80s or possibly much newer, and unlikely to have been made in Philly.
