Wesco Axe Breaker boots 11 1/2 E. Like new only wore hour before realizing wrong size for me. $600 shipped in conus.

In the wesco 1339 lasts I like a 11.5e in the engineer boots and for some reason the 11.5d fits better in lace up 1339 last boots. I’m right at a 12d on brannock. Pretty much most places say the E width fits like a D width on Wesco’s 1339 last.

I had considered buying these boots and really want them. A fit sheet sent into Wesco had them telling me to use another last which I did not like.

I'm a 12C and they thought I might have heel slippage in an Axe Breaker in a D width, and they don't make more narrow widths than D in this last. I appreciate your reply as I have been trying to gauge others experience with this sizing to determine if I should take a shot at them since I'm not in Washington for a try on.
