Here are some scans of this fantastic reference book. The author also has a Twenties book, but I haven't gotten it yet. I have placed the full size scans on my flickr site too

I was very lucky to be given this great book as a birthday gift last year. It's certainly comprehensive!

A good resource for 30s clothing and accessories. I really liked the peasant blouses too - but unfortunately they have become very fashionable lately, so the prices are all skyrocketting. Pah!

I believe it is out of print now?

Marc, there is one chapter on Mens I could scan- let me know where would be a good thread for it. :)

Miss Sis, they still have it available on Amazon, and I think the price is actually less than when I bought it a couple years ago.

I wish I would get this kind of presents ...but then again I am good at DIY :D which is perhaps exactly what I might do next time I have any money.

Daisy, I have extremely kind and thoughtful friends who share our interest, luckily. I didn't know about this book until I got it but I'm sure glad I have it now.

It is obviously very focused on American fashions. Remember if you are going for a more British look, there isn't really anything on a similar vein. I wish there was - Perhaps I need to start writing a book!
