Many years ago Paul Stuart carried a hat called The Fortnighter. It appears to be (visually, at least) a Lock Voyager.

I have one and think it's dandy. Optimo made it a tad larger for me, commenting that it was "good felt."
On Saturday Graham told me that they were sold out in Oxblood. But since I wear a 7-1/2++, he may have meant that they were sold out in bodies that would make my size.

I had no trouble with the links. However, the site was entirely in Japanese, except for the prices.
If I did the conversion properly, the hats looked to be about USD 400. You might want to check VS's offerings.
