    lexol Sweatband Goop!

    Ok, so my new old stetson Royal Deluxe's sweatband was a little dry, so i decided to put some lexol on it.     A trick I learned a trick, wet the brim slightly, then put it on a pile of books against a wall, brim down. Leave it like that overnight and it should stay in shape.

    The man is my Mom's grandfather from her Mom's sisters side, Reynor, around 1935-6 I think the photo is from judging from the car.     I just bought a 50's chocolate-ish back-bow stetson fedora, which i wear with a pair of jeans, sneakers, and a tucked in sweater shirt. People say it looks pretty sharp, without being dressy. No pics yet.

    Nice score, I love flattop back-bow hats. I scored a back-bow fedora at a vintage expo that came to town yesterday, I love it.
