Yes it is. A $40 hat for me ends like a $100 hat for you in the US. Ouch.. I think there has to be some way for people to request cheaper postage. I hate getting anything with shipping that is high. I still can't figure out why the hat in this state cost me $11 and yes one from the east cost... -

It's the extra on shipping gets you over every time.. If there is shipping i factor that in on what look at. $8 is okay if it under $25 but over $30 and $11 for ship kills it for me. the pit falls of find your hat size at the same time ever one else does too. -
