In hindsight, it could have waited. But it made the wife happy.
Also, rewatched "The Caine Mutiny" for the hundredth time this weekend. Not my favorite Bogart movie, but I think it's his best performance.
Went to an ACTUAL movie theater for the first time in a few years this weekend to see "A Man Called Otto".
Reasonably enjoyable, a few clever lines, but fairly predictable.
Were corsets still popular at the time Lizzie? I associate them with much earlier eras?
This is awesome! Kudos to the Eagle!
She looks like she'd have no trouble breaking out of the crate once it leaves the plant.
Couldn't agree more. I've said it before, and I'll say it again - we can't thank you enough LIzzie for the work and time you put into this!
I look forward to it everyday, and I've learned more about life during the era than I ever imagined when this started.

I'm sure it isn't necessary, but much appreciated
Couldn't disagree more
I have no idea who this woman is, but I've always considered this an incredibly moving scene

Veronica is hands-down my favorite women of the era, but $1,500...
I know I'm late, but I've been traveling.
Couldn't agree more. With my Sox out of contention, I've been following this every day, and it has felt more real than I could have imagined.
And frankly, I'm worried about Sally, it's a long winter...
