    My guess is that they aren't too old, maybe the 90's. They are a hair tight for a UK 7, which is odd. I'm not sure if that is a clue to their age. I love the color of these babies, but I'd gladly trade'em for something a hair larger! [huh]

    I found these Barker's on eBay, size UK 7. The soles have a rubber insert with virtually no wear and are engraved "Topy." The heels say "Barker," and have a little wear. So, these may be the original soles. They are a nice cognac shade of brown.

    The Tanner Goods items look very nice and simple. I wonder if the natural color darkens over time the way the Gfeller products do. I love my Gfeller field belt.
