Hello! Question about hat blocks. If you are to make a hat 7 1/2, would you use a 7 1/2 marked hat block? Or would you go up a size to account for sweatband etc? Or is it that a 7 1/2 hat block is already a hair bigger to already take this into account? Thanks! -

FS: Biltmore, vintage Stetson & Dobbs - 7 1/2 - 7 1/8

Hahaha that's funny. I actually have the tape in mine, but not stuck. I'm thinking of replacing it with a strip of leather or the like to allow it to shrink more. I really would prefer the hat without "foam" in it. Just the thought is unsettling. But without it bike winds blow it right off... -

Hey! Up for sale are two great fedora's. One is a dark gray Dobbs with a 5" crown and stingy brim in a 7 1/2. It's in good shape.
