For $50 you can do rather nicely in the vintage category. Try Tom Mullane's Website, MyFavoritePens.com. He's selling a never-used Parker 21 Deluxe, with a medium nib, for fifty bucks on the nose. I've been carrying a Parker 21 Deluxe that's an amazing writer -- the ink flows as soon as it touches paper, even if it hasn't been used for a few days. I'm refurbishing a Parker "51", which has the potential to displace the 21 for everyday use.- Tooch

Ebay Hats: Victories, Defeats, Gripes & Items of Interest
Picked this Champ up on a whim. Looks a bit battered, but in decent shape after a cleaning and a bit of shaping. For $1.99 (my winning bid) it seemed worth taking a chance. -

Hmmm ... Has anybody tried Tag Safari (http://www.tagsafari.com/default.aspx)? I know nothing about them that isn't on their Website, but they seem pretty legit (they advertise that the gear is made in Zimbabwe) and the prices aren't bad at all. I'll second the earlier endorsement of...- Tooch
