R. & M. Wegener "Start" possibly late 1920s early 1930s. The Felt is a fantastic mélange with a fine Rauh finish + soft hand. It has a hidden stitched over welt curled Brim with Back Bow. Old R. & M. Wenger hats are difficult to find, especially Soft Felts. I really like this one...- mayserwegener
