Sorry...I now understand the Talon zipper is a good, strong zipper.
Are the Talon #5 zippers rubbish and failure prone? Just found out from Amanda at Alexander that they did not put in a YKK heavy duty zipper as main zip on my jacket as originally agreed. Apparently they don't have YKK heavy duty 8 gauge. I feel quite disappointed now and if I had known I...- FredS

Horween Chromexel Steer not dyed all the way through
I ordered a jacket in Horween Chromexell Black Steer and received a sample of this leather. Which is ideal position for sleeve zippers?
I notice a lot of biker style jackets have the sleeve zipper on the inside of the sleeve these days.
