Thought I would add my two cents in from a different perspective. I am heavily involved in the Stock Horse world (showing Quarter Horses and the like). Very expensive hats are just part of that world. Almost all are beaver, sometimes only 10x but often up to 100x or more. Hats in this world...- LondOfHoney
