    Yup probably not cxl, but it's a horween leather. I have seen some Chinese companies making 5oz Buffalo leather jacket but not sure about the quality.

    I heard guofo using good quality leather but they have a terrible reputation on their customer service and making uneven jackets. And they asked HaiNing company to make jackets for them. Probably 90% of leather jackets produced today is from HaiNing company.

    I used electrical weight scale to have the result, I also weighed my dumbells, they are pretty accurate. I also have another cxl horsehide jacket in similar size is also 5.5 lbs from another brand. My cxl s are definitely on the lighter side, I have seen someone post a 11 lb+ cxl steerhide aero...
