    Couldn’t find any thread to post this. On my Schott 118 it has a snap for holding the buckle in place but i wanted to somehow hold down the tail end. I do simple leather work and put this little strap together.

    Thanks, because of my size requirements the back length is 29” . It’s labeled a size 48 but measurements push it to a 50-52 which is my size in most jackets.

    Good looking jacket, Been looking semi-seriously for a C-2 for awhile, on the pre-owned market. I see a few but finding a size 50-52 has proven difficult as is in most cases. May consider having Vanson build me one.

    This brown leather was nice and my only comparison is between this one and my model J In black CW. Maybe the brown was the mid-weight because it was no where near as substantial as the model J.

    I won this jacket purely by accident last night for a ridiculous low price. No label, know really nothing about it other than a tagged size 50 and the leather looks thick. But here we are.

    Been selling off jackets I never thought I would sell but I am on a health journey and am dropping weight. However, this Schott 118 will remain until I find the same one in a smaller size. Until then, I will continue to bore you folks with this one.

    Schott Style 618 in Brown Leather.

    I sent my 118 to Schott have the sleeves shortened. Jerri gave me the 3-4 week time frame but had it completed and turned around in 8 days.
