    I imagine they are thinking that orders have still been flooding in, and costs have probably increased. I imagine they'll still sell some jackets. Sudden, unexpected, large price increases suck, but such is the free market.

    I agree completely with this. Sleeves are fine either way. Pocket removal makes for a cleaner and more symmetrical look.

    12.5, actually. Though the Lynchburg supposedly once retailed for 250. Just an observation that struck me when I tried on a somewhat similar fitting jacket to see how different it felt. Well, I'm not really inclined to post pictures of myself on the internet, but shall give it some thought.

    I think the Mutt jacket looks pretty good and would still look ok with the weight loss. The other two jackets looks good unzipped, but look tight when zipped up. I'd say they'd look better if you.....lost 10-15 pounds. Convenient.

    As the post on my new highwayman will show, you can get one with the straps at the same level as the half belt. According to Mark, the actual cut of the two are the same, just the straps and detailing are different.

    I don't care what anyone else says, the odds of the hat helping you are very low. There is a significant chance that it would hurt you, for reasons already mentioned. Providing an ice breaker to start conversation is nice, but it is definitely not worth the risk at the interview stage.
