Thanks gals! 23SkidooWithYou , I love lana! and that's who I'm going for. most people just assume I'm going for the marilyn look though. ;) I set it at night at about 7pm, and wake up at about 7am... my hair is in pretty rough shape right now so it takes exceptionally long to dry even... -

This is officially my 1st "show us your hair do's" post. I've taken many photos with intent to post them, and just wussed out in the end. I was quite happy with how my hair turned out this morning. I have a dreadful problem with a few curls not being fully dry, and just looking limp until... -

I have this problem too! Try parting your hair on the left, and do unevel sized rolls! It works for me! -
Drafting your own patterns
I admire the skill of draping! It has always scared me! The methodical ways of pattern making just seems to suit me best! I'm planning to invest in a bust form very soon, (i'm sick of poking myself with pins!) so I'm sure I'll give it a go then!- karlie

winter vintage style vs. summer vintage style?
Winter where I live is awful. I'm talking -20 to -40 celsius for 4-5 months! Winnipeg got the nick name of winterpeg for a good reason! This will be my first winter that I'll really try to do vintage, but I don't think it will work so well for me!- karlie

Halloween costumes!
I bought the stuff for my beard at a dance/theater store. The hair, glue, and remover came to about 12 bucks, and I have a ton left! I'm sure you could buy smaller amounts than i bought of the hair, so It could be even cheaper. I think it would be worth a shot to look! -or use old doll hair?- karlie

That is a great idea! I was trying to convince my Boyfriend to have a circus themed party as well! We both need to make use of those costumes again! Also, Conjoined twins? That's one heck of a commitment! ;)- karlie

What's Your Fav Hairspray?
My fav is OSIS (by Schwarzkopf) Freeze Super Hold Hairspray. I love the smell, and it works really well! Alas, it's expensive. I've never found it for less than $18 at any supplier. -
